The Annual Awards Ceremony of the University College of Anuradhapura will be held on the 07th of January 2026 at the Bandaranayake Memorial International Conference Hall (BMICH). Students who have successfully completed the Higher National Diplomas conducted by the University College of Anuradhapura, are eligible to be awarded the Higher National Diploma at this Award Ceremony.

All eligible awardees are invited to fill out the following Google form to print the certificates on or before noon of 19th December 2025 and if you are not willing to attend the Awarding Ceremony, please fill out Annex II  and attach it to the google form.

The students who wish to participate are required to fill Annex I, upload it to the Google Form, and bring the filled hard copy on the date they come to collect the cloak at the University College, along with the original payment slip.

The Awards Ceremony fee is Rs. 5000/= and payment should be made to any branch of People’s Bank to the Account No. 008-1-001-6-0059167 of University College of Anuradhapura at People’s Bank, Anuradhapura Branch. Even if you are not attending to the ceremony, the fee must be paid and the receipt with the completed Annex II must be sent.

Cloaks could be collected from the University College. You will be informed of the date via a web notice.

The dress code for the diploma awarding ceremony is formal (Shirt, Trousers, and Tie with Jacket for Males; Saree for Females).
