Ensure you bring both originals and certified photocopies of the following:

1. Duly completed Registration Form & Student Identity Card Application
2. Birth Certificate
3. National Identity Card
4. Result sheet of G.C.E. (O/L) Examination
5. Result sheet of G.C.E. (A/L) Examination/NVQ Certificate
6. Certificates of Extra Curricular Activities, if applicable
7. Certificates of Additional Qualifications (eg. English, Information Technology etc..), if applicable
8. Supporting Documents for NVQ Level Certificates (eg. Student ID, Record Book etc..) if applicable
9. Certificate of the Grama Niladhari in your residential locality
10. School Leaving Certificate
11. Three passport-sized photographs:
    • Girls: White saree, blue background
    • Boys: Full suit, blue background
12. Registration Fee: Rs. 3,000/-
13. Refundable Library Fee: Rs. 3,000/- (refundable upon program completion).
