Duly filled Google form must be submitted on or before the 05th of July 2026
Repeat students must attach the correct payment slip & applications with the incorrect payment slips will not proceed.
Applications received after the closing date will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Repeat students must attach the relevant payment slip with the application, and applications without proper payment will be rejected.
