We are pleased to inform you that the cloaks for the Awarding Ceremony 2024 can be collected to Eligible awardees who have completed all the clearance of the College.
Issuing Dates
Cloaks can be collected on the 11th and 12th of October 2024 from 9.00 am to 3.30 pm on the College premises.
If Cloak Collection by an other than awardee.
If you are unable to collect the cloak in person, your nominee, who is also on the list of eligible awardees for the Awarding Ceremony 2024, can collect the cloak on your behalf, provided that the following conditions are fully met:
- Clearance Completion:
- All required clearance processes must be completed before the cloak issuing date by the awardee and nominee.
- Request Letter:
- A request letter must be provided, authorizing the issuance of the cloak to your nominee. The letter must clearly indicate both the awardee’s and nominee’s name and index number.
- Responsibility:
- The responsibility for the cloak transfers to the person who collects it. Please ensure your nominee is fully aware of this responsibility.
Notes:
- Awardees who come on the 12th of October to collect their cloaks must have completed the clearance process beforehand.
- There are no alternative days to collect the cloaks.
- Under any circumstances, we will not be able to issue cloaks at the BMICH on the day of the ceremony.
- Please ensure all arrangements for cloak collection are completed beforehand.
