Instructions for candidates

Duly filled Google form must be submitted on or before the 28^th of October 2025
Repeat students must attach the correct payment slip & applications with the incorrect payment slips will not proceed.
Applications received after the closing date will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Repeat students must attach the relevant payment slip with the application, and applications without proper payment will be rejected.

Special Notes:

*All the candidates must submit their applications (google form) on or before the 28^th of October 2025, 11.59 pm.

* The list of exam-applied students as of 24th October 2025 will be noted in the College Notice board on 27th October 2025, at 3.30 pm. All students should check their index number and requested modules to ensure that they are correct. If your index number is not on the list, re-apply before 28^th of October 2025.

* Exam applied students list as of 28^th of October, 2025 will be noticed on 29th of October, 2025 at 4.00 pm. in the College Notice board, and if there are any corrections, they will be allowed till 2.00 pm on 30th October 2025.

(Applications will not be accepted under any circumstances after 4.00 pm on the 28th October 2025 & no any corrections after the 30th October 2025)

*Submission of late applications and other request letters for the examination are strictly not accepted after the deadline.
