Application Process:

1. Application Fee: Rs. 1000/=
   • The fee should be deposited at PEOPLE’S BANK Anuradhapura, Account No: 008-1-001-6-0059167.
   • Ensure your NIC number is clearly mentioned in the bank slip or as reference details.
2. Closing Date: 21st July 2025
   • Applicants must be below 29 years of age as of 21st July 2025.

Important Instructions:

• Carefully read the attached instructions before filling out the application form.
• Review the attached advertisement and course details thoroughly before selecting courses.
  • Do not apply for courses for which you do not meet the eligibility requirements.
• Follow all guidelines as mentioned in the advertisement.

Submission Requirements:

1. After submitting your application online, print the confirmation response sent to your email.
2. Send the printed response by signing on each page by the applicant along with the following documents:
   • Copy of your NIC
   • Copy of your O/L result sheet
   • Copy of your NVQ certificate or A/L result sheet
   • Original payment slip
3. Address your application to:

4. Mark the envelope with “Student Enrollment – 2025” on the top left corner.
